The exam results have now been analysed and all data has been compiled. Staindrop had a published target of 72% of students achieving 5 or more A*-C grades at GCSE examinations. The number of students achieving 5 or more A*-C grades is an oustanding 80%! This figure means that Staindrop is well above the national average and above the county average. We are among the top 8 schools in Co. Durham based on this statistic.
