Top PR Training for Future Business Magnates

A group of Staindrop students have received some invaluable business coaching from a top PR company who count the BBC amongst their clients! The group of Year 8 students received the advice and guidance from PR Consultant, Karen Humble to assist them with their preparation for the finale of their year long Future Business Magnate experience.

The group, who started back in November, were set a series of business challenges including the creation of financial business documents, choosing business locations and securing potential sources of funding.

Georgina said, “As a team we have helped each other meet deadlines and become more organised. If one of us forgot a meeting we would remind them.”

"We are so excited about the final! What we have learnt this morning will really help us with our presentation skills. I never knew that how you walked into a room and said ‘Good Morning’ could be so important!.”

The formal black tie event is at Ramside Hall on 2 July and the we are all  hoping that our Future Business Magnates will get a resounding “Yes” from all of the “Dragons”!
