Performing Arts

Students can opt in Year 8 to take Performing Arts.  This course, comprising of 3 units, leads to a qualification of a BTEC First Certificate in Performing Arts and is equivalent to 2 GCSE passes at A-C.

All units are assessed internally, with external moderation and assignments are given throughout the course.  Evidence is collected through videos, coursework and a portfolio of each unit.
